Russell Dominic Peters was born on September 29, 1970 in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Russell Peters is a Canadian stand-up comic, and actor of Anglo-Indian descent. Peters is a highly popular standup in both Canada and internationally. He is one of only a handful of comedians to ever headline and sell-out the world famous Madison Square Garden in New York City.
